Burwood Preschool Recent News
April 2020 - We had a very kind and generous donation from a company which we were able to buy a fabulous new projector and new electric blinds for the preschool. When we are not using them with the children, they also come in handy when we have training and staff meeting.
We have a brand new shop to go outside for the children to explore and enjoy.
We held a sponsored walk with the children on Vauxmede Field, to encourage exercise and help with mental health. We managed to raise a whooping £2,105.00 from our fabulous parents, their family and friends. We managed to buy these new tables and chairs for the preschool.
December 2020 - We have a new mud kitchen which is a huge hit with the children to explore, use their imaginations and play with their peers.
We have had a Canopy fitted so we can still have access to our outside when the either is bad.
A massive THANK YOU to the children of Three Rivers Academy who raised money and selected our Charity Preschool to give us a whooping £125.00 and the Walton Charities matched this amount. So we got £250.00 to spend on our fabulous Buddy Bench! Our children absolutely love this! So for those of you who do not know what a Buddy Bench is..... this is a special place in our Preschool where a child can go if they want someone to talk to or feel they need a friend.
