Explore Our Forest School
Our New Forest School is situated in Hersham Village. We provide a warm, fun and friendly learning environment for children aged 2 to 5 years in our Forest School setting.
All our activities within the Forest School are based around the children’s individual needs and interests, enhance their learning and development in all weathers (apart from extreme weathers i.e. High winds, thunder and lightning. We have a safe, warm building to continue our learning if this happens), allowing us to explore the natural world and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in the great outdoors.
Learning & Development
Our Forest school will be a child-centred inspirational learning process, that offers opportunities for holistic growth through regular sessions. This is a long-term program that supports play, exploration which provides children the opportunity to take risks in a controlled environment and explore and develop a love for nature, this also helps to develop confidence and self-esteem through learner inspired, hands-on experiences in a natural setting.
Our Sessions
After Easter, we are opening our Forest School on Fridays and will have the same sessions as the rest of the week.
